The final stage in an Aspect Workflows trial is to prove the value, conclude the sales process, and convert to a paid subscription.

The features listing shows a number of optional things you can do with your Workflows installation.

Enabling the ones that provide value to your organization provides an additional Return on Investment that motivates a purchase decision, in addition to improved performance and costs.

Achieve Goals/KPIs

In the Preflight stage, we established some Key Performance Indicators and other goals. We also advised gathering cost and performance data on the legacy CI system. In the previous Optimize stage, our goal was to get best-case Bazel performance.

At this point, we compare the costs and speed for running CI builds. Sometimes, additional optimizations can be found at this stage to verify that the KPIs are met.

Conclude the trial

At the end of the trial period, your organization's procurement process will dictate what steps must be followed to convert to a paid subscription.

Aspect will provide resources as possible to help identify decision makers and demonstrate that the product's Return on Investment merits the purchase.
